Autonomous activities
Phong Nha offers lots of side activities besides trekking and caving that can fill up a half day or even full day. Most of them are freely accessible by bicycle or shuttle bus that we provide for free for our guests. Every morning, we provide a free 9am talk about our area and a free mud map for you to get around easily, please query more info at the reception desk.
Organized activities
Phong Nha Farmstay also provides organised activities for the guests to enjoy while staying here with us. All of them are complementary while staying here and will greatly help you to grasp the beauty of our rural area. This starts at 7am with our “Walk and talk” with the owners, or at 9am with our general talk about what you can do on a free day provided by the manager or simply Live Music and movie nights rotating every other day.
Tours
Another way to approach and explore the rural countryside of Phong Nha Ke Bang, is to aim and to choose a tour specifically designed to explore certain areas of Phong Nha which are not caves or jungle treks. From taylored mountainbiking day trips heavily oriented toward history or rural culture to localised experiences in the heart of Bong Lai Valley, the choice is yours.
